(Vice-Chairman for 2017-2018; Chairman for 2018-2019, sitting on Independent Schools Council ISC Board) and Founder of the School Proprietors' Association.

Linda Sanders

The founding headteacher at The Laurels School, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, founding trustee of the Association for Character Education in England. Having worked in education for over twenty years in South America, Spain and the UK Linda is a passionate advocate of character education and how to promote the flourishing and happiness of young women.The laurel school is a flagship for character education which looks at the integral development of the individual from the inside out with a particular emphasis on the cultivation of virtue and an aspiration for the good, the true and the beautiful in education.

Nadim Saad

Nadim is a parenting and relationship coach and the author of seven books including the highly acclaimed Kids Don’t Come With a Manual, Happy Confident Me Journal series and Raising Happy Confident Kids. He worked with renowned therapists and teachers, drawing from the latest research in child psychology and neuroscience to develop a programme that’s already changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of children and families.

With a MBA from INSEAD and Masters in Management from European Business School EAP-ESCP, Nadim is also an investor and was the founding member of several startups/early-stage companies in the Education, Telecoms, Internet/Media and Retail sectors.

Managed over 15 M&A in media, communications and manufacturing industries. Director of the Adepoju E. Charitable Foundation for over 15 years.  A truly global operator with experience of living and working on 4 different continents. Walé understands that a change in education must also be met with a change in how businesses view and value alternative qualifications in their assessment of their future workforce.

Rhia Pratsis

Therapist, holistic somatic practitioner and advocate for restoring the balance between masculine and feminine approaches to life. Having worked in the field of therapy, female empowerment, trauma healing, health, healing and confidence building for women of all ages Rhia is driven to change how young women are educated about their bodies, their role in society and the important role they have to play in bringing feminine wisdom to the challenges facing our modern world today.

Michelle Caterson

Phil Birchinall

Executive Headteacher at the award-winning Moon Hall school a specialist school for chilrden with dyslexia. Chair of Board at British Dyslexia Association. Member of APPG for Dyslexia. Passionate about delivering change for all children with SEN. 

 

Senior Director of Immersive Content at Discovery Education which is a world-leading organisation for online training, virtual reality and augmented reality. Phil is all about making engaging content that keeps the attention in a world of over-stimulation, bombardment and sensory overload.  He is passionate about the role that new technology can play in revolutionising the learning experience and making the very best teaching available for all children across the world in accessible and affordable ways.

Irfan Latif

Headmaster of the award-winning central London DLD college. He has been the vision holder for a complete transformation of the DLD and is now seen as a leading visionary in what is possible for modern educational practices, extraordinary boarding schools and inner city locations. He has also an active role in boarding and has been the Vice Chair of the Boarding Schools’ Association, Chair of the State Boarding Forum and also sat on the Board of Education at the Diocese of Bath & Wells.

Tom Rogerson

Headmaster at the award-winning Cottesmore academic boarding prep school. He has been working in the independent school sector for 31 years. Educated at Eton and Cambridge, he is passionate about preserving many aspects of the traditional educational culture whilst also combining that with the very latest technology to give children the best preparation for what the world is fast becoming. He has a particular interest in the role that AI has to play and hosts a variety of AI conferences at Cottesmore.
